BAMTech is said to have revenues of above 100 million in the most recent year. 10% of that goes directly to the NHL. 33% of the company was acquired by Disney for 1 billion. Conservatively, we can deduce that at the moment, Neulion would be worth at least 3 billion or so in a takeover, seeing as it has more or less the same current revenue.
