How would class action work?  How can one prove the miscommunication? Despite the fact that I thoroughly believe that management knowingly mislead the market by not disclosing the loss of the NHL contract, on the same day that financials were released, nevertheless, how does one actually prove this? I bought stock at just over $1.00, thinking this was an overblown reaction to an earnings ...more

Email or call iiroc, the phone and the email should be in pne of the posts i posted. Many people got caught in the same misinformation as well....all trades which was made today should be reversed imo
