I don't disagree with all your points becasue yes there are risks and yes actual profits are not high. However this market is growing so rapidly that Neulion needs to be really unlucky and/or make big mistakes not to double from here. Now the big question is when they will achieve that. In few months through a buyout or in 2-3 years through growth.
I think the risk is worth it.
But between me and you. Using fundamentals, Neulion is worth as you said around $1. But using the same fundamentals, Bamtech is worth much-much less than $3b. So you can see that in this market you can get much more than the $1 you evaluate Neulion. If you think otherways, you will need to explain the rational behind it. Now that is if someone wants in that market now and not after 2-3 years of development. but with such growing market I believe potential of finding a buyer is high.
