Hi All.
I just meant the following points 1- lack of NRs (they would point out every win no matter how small) other than the NON core asset sale and subsequent reduction of head in the last 6 months, 2 - no insider trading activites since last spring (other than grant options) 3- penderfund buying about 3 million shares in 3 months (right after asste sale NR 4 - may 2017 NLN NR they bought a building with 1.1 million tax savings over 10 yrs (new HQ), and then with no NR quietly sell it and state they arent moving 5 - this "explained delay" from IR about q4 2017. I went back a few years and year end was never announced past March 7th. And the whole explanation Rob Kelly gave doesnt smell right. What does finalizing the sale of assets have to do with 1 month delay of reporting last years numbers??
Anyways, IMHO this feels like a sale pending. As for SP not reflecting this. It would be reflected if there were rumors. Plenty of sales happen out of the blue with few people knowing. Hope this clears things up.
