Looks like
our resident expert chartist self proclaimed....is afraid to put a number on the bottom because then he would be measurable and accountable and he would not like that because he cant have the illusion that he knows some magic number.....what a bunch of crock that is......my number is 35 in tax loss selling time....lets just see if he will give a number....my guess is...no.....lol

below .40....now that is a weak prediction for someone claiming to be a chartist with surgical precision.....you can do better than that...with that kind of vague answer you should consider a career in politics...lol
