Just said they own 4% of Neulion and they are holding on. The breakup fee is not that bad he said. He didn't say what it was though. No need to sell on the news were his comments. 

Also read on LA Times that the deal is not closed.

The breakup fee is only $6.2M, really nothing...

Last year a quick buyout of DH Corp left shareholders wondering if there would be another offer on the table before the close and then nothing.  That situation was a bit different with the noise coming from Citron about a year before that and volatility left it a lot lower than it should have been. Hope Tackasy has good insight and the deal is just an eye opener with a better offer soon

Thanks for the information.  Very goog to hear.  Something does not seem right with this deal, should be alot more.  There was an article awhile back that quoted Nancy Li, stating that Neulion should be worth $3.89 based on the BaMTech deal.  That was the first chunk of BAMTech that Disney bought. So hopefully we get quite a bit more.  GLTA
