Nor I. All of a sudden all of these articles coming out on how NLN is the next big thing now that it has a major backer. Slimeballs all! That said, no way they just go for 250 mill US!

Hi. New here. How can we expect another buyer if the deal says it closes first quarter 2018? First quarter of 2018 is almost over today isn't it? Am I missing something?

deal closes in 2nd quarter: The transaction, unanimously approved by NeuLions Board of Directors and by the written consent of holders of a majority of NeuLions outstanding common stock, is subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018.
