I would guess pre sale. But they had 4 days to sell some shares after the announcement and they didnt! I am by no means an expert but the volume has been very low since the announcement. I have owned shares of companies being bought out and usually (if price seems fair) volume ,%-Wise, was much higher. Time will tell... GLTA who are still holding
