Northland Power Inc. is a Canada-based global power producer focused on helping the clean energy transition by producing electricity from clean renewable resources. The Company owns and manages a diversified generation mix, including onshore renewables, natural gas energy, as well as supplying energy through a regulated utility. The Company’s segments include offshore wind facilities, onshore renewable facilities, efficient natural gas facilities, and utilities. The Company’s natural gas facilities use turbines to produce electricity. It owns or has an economic interest in approximately 3.4 GW (net 2.9 GW) of operating capacity. RE:Not easy to navigate this ship.Wonderful  !!!!!!!  - it only took you 8 months to realize there was a 10% dilution eH? (which NPI went out of it way to underplay/conceal) - and you are a NPI 'drum beater" ?

The dilution only explains a portion of the 25% drop in the share price ---and  ----?? 

the other 15% is obviously duee to how the market and other other investors dee the prospects for thsi  this sinking ship????? 

there needs to a shake up atthe senior managemnt level
