RE:RE:The drop In price is due to dilution and ...agree with a coupe of your points but -- the 23% drop in price indicates a problem   -  that can't be explained by dilution --  the decsions made in the past by senior management and approved by the BofD  indicate a degree of wrecklessness or, at best very poor planninng i.e. poor management, which is the source of the problem and reason why the tock price has fallen so much.

Would I suggest bank borrowing  vs. equity?  No -  probably not  - the opportunitty to borrow more at  extremely low rates existed for a couple of years but NPI didn't go this rout? Probably because lenders would have been reluctant to lend them money or if they did at a big premium only.  NPI had little choice I suspect other tan to issue more shares to get cash.

The equity route was the lesser of 2 evils FROM a NPI perspective.

You claimn to be satisfied with management and terrible performance and the drop in the share price? This simply encourages more of  same -- i.e., support for poor management .

There needs to be  a house cleaning at the top end of this company and some new thinking about how to 'right the ship'.
