Boiler room operation? Usually for penny stocks where some speculators have amassed a large amount of cheap stock and hope to sell high. So it's a surprise for Northland. It's like doing a high pressure sales pitch for bank shares. What would be the motive and offering a guarantee? Anyway, local stuff here-Cargill continue to build their $350 million canola crushing facility for biofuel ...more

"New indoor swimming pool to be heated by geothermal. Have to drill 2km to get hot water." Straight down vertical?  That's close to the ole Inco mine in Sudbury.  Gonna be an expensive pool. Here I go down 2 ft and hit the Canadian Shield.  Geo thermal out of question.
