The robins have arrived. Anyway what is our mission here? Yes effects of dilution on the stock price and replacing management.  Are you a shareholder who bought when the stock was higher? Disgruntled employee? By the same token what is my mission if I don't own the stock? Maybe we should both head into something better.

Wecan voice your concerns by contacting the company. Investor call-in days offer an opportunity also. What is gained by discussing dilution issues on this forum? If want to replace Mike Crawley, Wendy Franks or anyone else state our case to them. Let them, explain why they are issuing more stock.  As back seat drivers, we all want to run the company, but offer simple suggestions of little ...more
