How does Northland report income it never "realized". The derivative contracts have to be closed to lock in the gains, don't they? Then report the gains, but not before.

Mr. BayWall, August 18, I made the post that will follow below....... I quoted the BMO capital market analyst "Ben Pham" who does not seem to share your opinion at all. In his analysis about NPI, he evaluates the current value at 9 times the EBITDA...... Don't you find that very low as a valuation??
