Another Point Of View.......I like many others came on board as a shareholder since late last summer when NPI stated they were putting them selves up for sale. Since then this company/executives have been totally mute (shareholders are being given the mushroom treatment) to shareholders regarding this so called on going sale. Could it be that we are coming across a new method of raising share value through misleading speculation. Regulators/financial institutions (theory) on our behalf crack down on companies that issuse financial results that are completey misleading, but what can they do when a company says it's putting themselves up for sale (speculation), really nothing. If one accepts this companys current/ future financial numbers (which are somewhat glowing) why would they put themselves up for sale, it does not make sense. Make me a believer...... Are the analysts that follow this company lemmings? What one does, they all do.
