Northland Power Inc. is a Canada-based global power producer focused on helping the clean energy transition by producing electricity from clean renewable resources. The above link shows that big companies have to get in tune with climate change targets set by each country. Would encourage faster building of windfarms, solar, high voltage transmission lines, etc.
 
Are governments engaging industry on how to transition to clean energy. Is there any incentive to move on climate change, because industry will have to spend their own money to transition.
