A lot to ponder

A lot to ponderDividends are ok, but the stock price has to be good also. Otherwise losing money. It's easy in hindsight to look at other stocks- Capital Power holding up well with a 5.3% divident rate.

NPI had their virtual annual meeting. I listened in and no phone callers. When all analysts have downgraded their target price and the stock price tanks, it's not easy to call in. Can't throw tomatoes at virtual meetings either. Must have been a lonely place.

Refinanced $3.1 billion of. It's a question of variable vs fixed rate financing %.

That over 30 financial institutions were involved in the financing for Hai Long inTaiwan plus a partial selldown, it's not easy. Offshore projects will only get larger to benefit from scale.

The company could report each business unit "BU" as a profit center.

I think there are those who are hanging onto the memories of the 100% rise 2019--2020 and the speculative drive back then. Won't happen again. Have to resign to the fact the this company will be a slower creature. Treat as a value stock, rather than a growth stock.

Nice pipeline, will only get larger by the comments.
