Provider of electricity in Columbia? vs a garbage company?

The stock is tanking because the investment community (and other pushers like Baywhine) realize it is a 'garbage' investment and above all, there needs to be a change at the top of this sinking ship. The BoD also needs to resign in order for NPI to regain a bit of credtability.
