Hydrogen Hubs

Biden--Biden awards $7 billion for clean hydrogen hubs across the country to help replace fossil fuels (msn.com)

Maybe more windfarms and nuclear will be required to power up these hubs. Will Canada follow? 

Another example where each country can do its part to produce their own green hydrogen. So what is talk of exporting green hydrogen/ammonia from Atlantic Canada if export markets may not exist?
