There had been a "green premium" because there was short supply of renewable investments. Higher rates hit valuations and profit from operations. Steer clear. Try BEP.UN instead, with more asset diversification, FTS, or BIP.UN.

If go back to July 2020 for NPI and BEP.UN/BIP.UN all dropped from their highs and now are below their July 2020 levels. Maybe BEP less so, but same boat, just tilted. Back in July 2020 BEPC opened at $37.41, now $31.16. So roughly matches NPI. Every company is being treated as interest sensitive. Painted by the same brush. Fortis also touching levels of July 2020. For all of the above ...more
