lf interest rates fall, Buffett will make even more money than from the bond yields. The bonds themselves will increase in price. Maybe he's anticipating a big fall in interest rates.
The "Oracle of Omaha" has been taking advantage of surging bond yields, buying up short-term Treasury bills yielding at least 5%.
