and indeed Brazilian Government does provide tax breakes and financing for projects which could bring development growth to the country. Getting financing from BNDS (https://www.bndes.gov.br/SiteBNDES/bndes/bndes_en/) as I've mentioned earlier would bring to Verde Brazilian Gov long term loan (15-20y) at relative attractive rates (for Brazil), If management is successful doing that (MBAC, again, was), it is possible that we'd get capital with less dilution. There is an "IF" in this statement though....
