...From memory he and other insiders hold a significant number of the March 2021 warrants...they also have privileged information about ongoing trading which the non-insiders don't possess. So they have an unfair advantage when it comes to taking the decision on to whether to exercise their warrants or not.
Yes Verde has new auditors but it was not necessary to publish the full results. The Q4 2020 sales number and an update on trading would have sufficed.
In general, I believe corporate governance is good but it needs to be excellent if Verde is to achieve its ambitions. Over to Stanmore15 and his team to monitor.
