Kirkland, The ceo board is a very useful site to review all insider filings.
Cris and several other directors have recently been selling shares to exercise an equal amount of options along with additional proceeds to cover the taxes I'd imagine. The shorts and trolls are using this as fear bait obviously. Cris is the largest holder by far in his company. He has no intention in looking to be acquired because he knows Verde is barely entering the 2nd inning of the growth phase. All imo
