Case in point: we all suspected CEO's late stages of discussion carbon credit deal was iffy as hell. We kinda thought it was a distraction from the fact farmers  ain't digging the product, especially after the orders were cancelled from the flood. Yet we are all going down with the ship, gradually then suddenly.

While I mostly agree with you, as a long term holder it's commensurate upon me to also play devil's advocate wrt recent lackluster sales. We must keep in mind just what Verde is up against in terms of penetrating a market successfully dominated by international potash behemoths with enormous advantages. This has been a synergistic relationship, having made many farmers and farming communities extremely wealthy over decades. Counter this reality with a virtual start up: a tiny field sales team, very limited access to capital, a paltry marketing budget, a ceo who prefers hyping/over-promising instead of reality and a few dozen anecdotal testimonials for their product. The David and Goliath comparison is appropriate here.
