Brazil Drought

Brazils worst drought in over 90 years sees dams: https://youtu.be/B45ZWaYLh50

A highlight of the drought in Minas Gerais. Couple others online.

It's impressive Verde increased sales. I wonder if the testimonials regarding increased resistance to water deficit has helped.

I hope the weather begins cooperating.

These are significant increases and warrant close tracking and assessment as we head into Q3 and Q4. It will be incumbent on ...more

I wonder what type of financial due diligence, if any, is being done on these farmers  credit worthiness and ability to repay or if there is any type of ...more

A lot of Brazilian farmers purchase inputs (fertiliiser) in exchange for a part of the next seasons crop, it's commonly known as a 'barter' system. The document below is interesting in itself regarding discounts offered last Novemner, but if you look on the 'orbia' website you will see this distributor will purchase/exchange farmers crops. You can find Verde products if you ...more
