iainT on ceo.ca: Took the time to watch ‘kiss the ground’ again today. Even more relevant now. I just wish they had focussed more on the potential economic benefits to farmers.... At one point they compare income per acre of depleted soil ($3 with subsidies) to that of bio-diverse soil ($100 without subsidies)….. now that is compelling.

Change guru's like Elon Musk and Tony Seba have long argued that without true economic benefit the adoption of planet benefitting/saving behaviours does not happen. Hi ICT1111, Thank you for your thoughts, I very much agree with you that if there is not the economic motive, then "altruistic" planet-saving behaviours on a large scale are not enforced. Very true and well said. I only know of two public companies that have the potential to make real changes in the fertilizer market. NPK - verde that I am fully loaded with and I have a smaller position (after watching Kiss the Ground) in DAN Arrianne Phosphate that has a huge phosphate mine in Quebec and are running trials using phosphate and (ammonia/ nitrogen / Nat gas free) nutrient additives-  unlike MAP and DAP. ...more
