CV sold 86,000 @ $8.05 Aug 29.. Seems to be outside of the plan set up in July.  Have not seen it on TD yet but shows up on canadianinsider.com

This type of insider sale does not look good, I regret to say. SEDAR has yet to reflect this possible transaction by Christiano, so let's keep track.

Looks to me that CV still has over 10 million shares (at least as of Auguest 25). That is far more telling than what he sold. Its prudent to sell some shares en route.

I do recall that CV for the most part was paid almost entirely in stock options and didn't have any wages, so this makes sense to me as we all need to eat and survive. He is in the perfect position now and with plant 2 up and running officially, fertilizer prices are surging again, which means when the numbers come out in the next quarter, this SP will spring up. I am just loading up on these
