The main Directors of Noventa have resigned, including mr Kohn himself, or have said they are out before the end of the year. Now they appoint Luca Bechis, a founding partner of
Richmond Capital! See the above link and properly research further on this man for more and make your own appraisal.
The operation needs proper technical input to succeed. The only winners here will be Kohn who will pay himself another fat bonus like he did earlier this year and PPM in Johannesburg.

"The discretionary bonuses include a $100,000 bonus paid in cash to the Chairman, Mr E F
Kohn TD and $40,000 bonus paid in Ordinary Shares to the CEO, Mr P Lawless". this site still lists Lawless as the CEO - he went months ago and was just used to give some investor confidence. A man with little african and no mining experience at all.

The Noventa promise is that the new process plant by PPM will allow processing to make a profit. The previous plant was also designed by another diamond specialist south african engineering company with no experience in tantalite - Batemans, but Batemans are a much higher profile engineer that PPS.
