WHAT IS NUTRIEN’S DIVIDEND POLICY?Hi all,
My guess would be like 0.40 a quarter for 1.60$ a year for a dividend yield of around 2.30-2.50% . I,m with CIBC Investor,s Edge and still wait for my Potash Corp shares to be tranferts to the new ticker NTR. Anyone still wait ?

Nutrien expects to target a stable and growing dividend that reflects the anticipated strengthened cash flow profile of the combined companies. Subject to market conditions and Nutrien Board approval, Nutrien expects to establish a dividend payment similar to the previous Agrium level of dividends, adjusted for the number of Nutrien Shares outstanding. The amount of future dividends, if any, and the declaration and payment thereof will be based upon Nutrien’s financial position, results of operations, cash flow, capital requirements and restrictions under its revolving bank lines, as well as broader market and economic conditions, among other factors, and shall be subject to Board approval and be in compliance with applicable law. Nutrien's board will have the power to amend Nutrien's dividend policy in any manner and at any time, including the power to suspend or discontinue the payment of dividends in the future.
