RE:What am I missing?
Your not missing anything.  The writing is on the wall for NUAG.  Its toast.  I would expect an announcement any day now. Doubt it will be very long.  Rui Feng has now tried to distance himself from the company as he oobviously knows the gig is up.  Look at the massive sellers coming into the marketplace the last few days.  Big offers of 150,000 shares or more.  Stock dropping on days where gold is up $25 an ounce. All telltale sign for sure.  The bigger drop of about $5 a share in one day could hit anytime now .

Notice how my last post suddenly dissapeared. These guys are so worried that the truth is being told that they had to go to extreme measures to delete my post.  Another telltale sign that the end is near.  Even if I'm wrong about Bolivia kicking them out the asset in Bolivia might only be worth .75 cents a share anyways.  NUAG is a massive short anyway you look at it.

All in my humble opinion. Despite the oobvious you should ultimately make your own decsions.
