RE:RE:RE:Held backMost of the companies in this sector, no longer need market sentiment to make money for investors, as line of credit debt reachs low levels, increasing cash flow will be diverted to both share buybacks and dividends. The lack of supply for crude and natural gas are very strong. Countries must increasingly rely on coal to make up deficiencies and even coal supply is very tight. Now the Saudi's are making the point that global refining capacity is very tight. That fact will curb any thoughts that people may have had of substituting petroleum products for nat gas.
On top of all the above, share prices are extremely undervalued, based on existing profitability and even more so considering that there is ample room for increasing profitability .
Personally, I feel that this time is like no other, I have been an investor continually since 1958, so I think I have seen just about everything, but this time feels more positive than I have ever seen before.
Even as the years roll by and common sense would tell me to lighten up, I am doing just the opposite
The excitement is so powerful that it is addictive. Yet even so I know myself and whereas in the past , I would lighten up anyway , This time it is full speed ahead !!
