It looks to me like 40% of the share holders, contained within 3 groups are anxiously awaiting a sale transaction for NVA.

$3.50 a share minimum buyout if they want it next week or no deal. i can pour my profits into more Paramount shares. if not, just let it ride to $5.00 end of summer!!

Nine points would not take anywhere below $5.00 . GMT will only lend money if they have an option to buy shares at a cheap price via converts. Sounds like a menage a trois with strange bedfellows !!
