Energy Sector SPDR is rolling over

Canadian XEG and Cdn oily names getting toppy.

Most CDN oily names are pushing up against resistance, but need a catalyst and with the larger US XLE clearly pulling back now, Cdn names may be hard pressed to not also rollover soon.

NVA:
RSI has a little upside wiggle room left.
MACD looks to be topped out.
Full Stochastic is topped out and dropping

A return to 50 DAY MA would be my preference to add.

RSI is now down to 60 from recent 73, doesn't look too bad to me. A pullback to 50 day MA would be $7.76. I really think oil would have to take a bath to low $80's for that to happen. Anything could happen. I am still trying to figure out why oil dropped $4.50 in a heartbeat this afternoon. At first i thought Russia/Ukraine had struck a deal, but no. Only thing i can think of is the FED ...more

It think it fell today on Iran talks. 50 Day MA would likely be arounf low $8's if you allow for tragectory. This is he bell weather to watch: https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=XLE
