The price has already been higher than 6 cents many times, including yesterday.

I don't think you even know what you're talking about. The chart will not tell you whether this will surpass 6 cents or not. in fact, the chart won't tell you what the future price will be. Sure, it may go down lower, maybe it will never surpass 6 cents again. but you can't base that on a chart. And more likely than not, this will surpass 6 cents again as it has many times already in the past few days.

I wouldn't take trading/investment advice from you after this lol
