RE:RE:The Big Question is "Why"imatryin, there is regulation refered to as a "Blackout Period" preventing an insider from buying or selling pending the public desemination of News or other information that could affect the price of a stock. April 30 and May 09 or 10. The Company's Annual Report on Form 20-F will be filed with the SEC by April 30, 2018, and our Quarterly is due on the date I specified.

It has been one month since we heard from Neovasc; that is not a very long time.
