Downsizing
With the resignation of Mr Sabo Walsh, Novos accountant since 2020, has been appointed to take on his role. Perhaps the new joint position as company secretary is a bit new to her, so that may be why an experienced company secretary who worked for a time in this role at Westgold Resources has been appointed as joint company secretary.
Given the company is a mere shell of it was, with no commercially viable projects, and has been abandoned by its founder, the happless (and hopeless) Hennigh, it makes sense to downsize.
