Since I am a US resident, buying mostly Canadian miners, that's why I set an account up with them. You have to ask to be set up to trade international stocks, and, they ask you a bunch of boiler plate questions about do you realize how risky it is to trade international stocks. Once set up, you can also do currency exchanges. I exchanged Canadian to Australian currency and put in the symbol to trade ARV:AU.
