However, since everyone is throwing in their 2c's worth, I may as well toss my hat in the ring. First, disclosure of my background to explain my perspective. I am am licensed, but non practicing, attorney in Colorado, USofA. I own an insurance business and have not practiced law for about 28 years. That said, we are in NO position no judge the "control" aspects of said JV. We do not have access to all germane documents. I do speculate that ARV is not without contractual recourse in the event of NVO/ES/KL strong arm/underhanded tactical maneuvers. It would be gross misconduct, on the part of ARV attorneys, for ARV to be left laid naked here and presented for helpless rape by NVO and associated parties. Additionally, you have potentially powerful non contractual tortuous actions, against NVO and company, in the form of "bad faith" and "fraud in the inducement" depending upon the unknown, to us, totality of potential circumstances. Let's just relax and see haw it unfolds and hold our looooong positions. In the meantime, remember:
