RE:RE:RE:Novo release. GEO's COMMENTS WANTEDTwinning a drill hole is a drill hole that is drilled parallel to and on the same angle as an already existing drill hole. This is usually done to confirm that the results (assays) from the first drill hole are accurate. If the second drill hole shows the same or similar results as the original hole, then all is good. If the twinned hole comes up with nothing then there is a big problem. This is how Bre-x came to its end.
In the case of Novo I can only assume what they saw in the core from 4” diamond drill was so impressive that they have decided that the best chance of successful outcome to the 17.5” RC drilling is to basically drill right on top of the holes they just finished drilling. This is just speculation on my part, but, it only seems logical. If I’m right then I’d expect to see some spectacular results from the RC drill program.
