RE:Does The Cash Cow Need A Cash Cow???

RE:Does The Cash Cow Need A Cash Cow???I really like your post Listate because I believe an unfriendly takeover try for Novo is QH's and ES's biggest concern.  Looking at it, I believe the float on the open market is 49%.  Don't remember where I saw that so someone correct me if I'm wrong.  Anyone trying to get unfriendly runs into 51% that will back management 100%.  If ES and QH say it's not a good deal, then it appears that the bid would be defeated.  Someone would have to offer $30 a share to swing the institutional investors enough to make a difference.  The buyer would have to make a gut-check decision now to offer $30 a share (Almost $6 billion) based on 1 assay and a lot of great pictures and videos.  If the buyer waits until the RC drill results are released, they risk the SP going much higher and Novo shareholders holding firm.  The buyer would have to be someone who does not have to answer to shareholders.  i.e. the Chinese Government or Saudi Government.  I would probably go for it at $30 as that would be a 10 baggers for me.  You never know what you'll do until it stares you in the face.
