This is what I orginally thought about Novo not getting the ground.  Novo has a lot more money than Artemis and would have outbid Artemis if they thought the ground was worth it.  Also, Novo could have gone after a JV for the ground at the time they were snookering DL on the 36 tenement JV deal.  QH might prove to be wrong but would you bet against him?
