Do you see the majors using magic machines? I dont. Do nem, abx, kl, aem use them? No. Why not? Because they dont capture all the gold and because they are a bottleneck. They are a fairytale. For people whi believe in fairytales. Like the mittbball. You can be in the mitball camp or you can be outside of the mitball camp.

Chunky gold TT, and that seems to be where sorters shine. How many chunky deposits do the majors have in production? Being hard to measure, these types of deposits are ignored by the Big Boys so far….no?

And thanks for the silver sorting info Tx. I was wondering whether or not sorting would/could work at Dolly Varden’s silver deposits in BC’s Golden Triangle.

Their deposit is high grade but it sits at the end of a 25 km road and the road is at the end of a Pacific inlet 150 or so sea km from the nearest meaningful port. A long way to move ore…even high grade. If they can reduce the mass by 90 or 95%...WoW.

Cheers !
