I can see there is a lot there for me to mull over and follow up on prior to responding in kind. Prima facie I can see a lot of areas of agreement, some areas worthy of further discussion, including areas which we may end up simply agreeing to disagree.
I do agree that distribution is more important than ontogenesis.
But ontogenesis should shed light on distribution.
