sell your comy stocks On November 12, 2020, U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order (“Order”) generally prohibiting securities transactions relating to Communist Chinese military company/companies as defined under the Order (“CCMC”) by any United States person as defined in the Order.
The order prohibits transaction in publicly traded securities, or any securities that are derivative of, or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities, of CCMCs starting in January 2021.
