Hey, no worries about that in the US, Canada, and Australia. They go to court with claims, supportable or not. [Read about Resolution Copper, a Rio Tinto/BHP joint venture at Superior, AZ. The Apache claims are not supported by factual history.]
...not casting aspersions. I respect my Native American neighbors and especially one Deleware ancestor. He should be among the most famous in Far West history but probably isn't because of discrimination in his time.
