Only one question? 

MS was hired for one thing. Be the face to put novo to bed. Time after time, bad news after bad news. The writing was on the wall back in August when the founder and principal left the company.  BC is dead but yet they will continue to poor money on a PFS. "Ore sorting" pushed back, Malmsbury a dud, 

WG you ask if They can sale those E3D shares at market value? They will need the funds.
