Well your email confirms everything that I told you over 12 months ago so who was telling the truth?

Im currently doing some work for a mining company who deal with the exact same indigenous people Novo can't seem to get anywhere with but yet we are thriving with little to no issues.

I was vocal about the challenges they would face but it fell on deaf ears and look what we have to read today in your email it's the sad reality of people that think they were bigger and better then anyone else.

Staffing problems are not problems if your professional and pay well, the money was their and I'm not prepared to wonder who was getting paid well and at what level and who was blamed for incompetence and what skill level or experience they had to fulfil the requirements of the operation?

I'm a stones throw from there operation as I type this and I'm listening to machines working through the night on this project and sadly Novo haven't been able to follow through on the simplest of promises over the last few years.

Can Novo be salvaged?
Yes!

Maybe a complete change in mindset and leadership is needed but what would I know I'm just a miner.
