Per the December 1, 2020 Corporate Presentation (p. 37):

"By the end of 2020, Novo hopes to demonstrate the large scale potential of this unique gold system."

FYI - the properties of Egina are about 2,500 sq kilometers. If we have minerlization throughout, it could get ....... HUGE. Just saying.

Hopefully we do get something from QH about Egina coming up soon.

Somebody educate me - Will the Steinert sorter be used on Egina too? Are "gold-bearing gravels" (Egina) pretty much the same as "gold-bearing conglomerates" (Karatha)?

Regarding the sorters:  They can be used anywhere one chooses to use them.  They are just a single process. The issues remain the same though.  The sorters operate within a range of aggregate sizes. Increased blasting and crushing may need to be included towards the separation of finer gold.   Therefore sorting becomes part of an integrated mining process. Think of

So, sorters could be used in all other deposits? Like an epithermal deposit? If so, then it seems QH/Novo are on the the cutting edge - and the world will be watching. As I understand it, sorters will enable miners to transport more of a concentrated ore to the mills, thereby increasing the head grade.   No, not really.   Sorters cannot be effectively used on every deposit .  They are being applied (in our case) specifically to coarse gold hosted in conglomerate or aggregate ore.  Coarse gold that must be physically extracted. There are other gold deposits that are refractory in nature and more complex.  Where gold is in solution within the hosting ore.

The point that is being made, is in support of Rob McEwen's comment about sorting being commonplace in 10 years, by reference to gold bearing quartz being separated from other ore. It is not suggested that this has any relevance to Novo's conglomerate and Egina ore, merely to highlight that sorting generally may be widely used in gold mining in the future, in ways not currently being used
