This is an interesting case where a number of posters continually bashed a public company and were charged. Being held accountable for defamatory comments should bring some balance on these sites which is long overdue.

I wouldn't worry about it .   Its true unanimous posters can be charged, which is done primarily to restore or maintain a company's reputation via a recognized legal victory. However, pursuing and claiming damages against an unanimous poster is next to impossible if the poster fails to cooperate.  This case reveals the complete idiocy of the poster in question.
