Yeah I agree it is in CMHCs hands, but I don't think there is really any reason for them not approve the transaction. Another point regarding the high yield fund is that if it was 100% necessary that if be full invested in for the transaction to go through in my opinion they would have done a blended transaction of cash and high yield units for NVU units.
